To the staff, thank you so much for making us feel like queens! This is the most wonderfull hotel ever. We had the chance to book the junior suite with private pool and jacuzzi for a very low budget but we would happily pay full price. This is worth every penny. We saw the other rooms, without private pool, and I would also be 100% happy to stay in those rooms because of the view, the main pool, the restaurant, the sea dock and the service is excellent. I hope to come back next year with my family. 😊

One of my favorite places to stay. Breathtaking view, great cuisine, fabulous and professional crew and luxury suits with an amazing infinity pool. Lovely spa with relaxing massages. Can't wait to come back ❤️

Beautiful location, modern buildings/facilities, fresh, local and authentic restaurant, great value for money and the staff very incredibly welcoming . We stayed in a suite with a private pool, it was the perfect place to honeymoon. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Hotel exceeded my expectations. The studio room was large, comfortable and clean, with a beautiful view to the ocean. It was surrounded by lovely flowers. The staff was wonderful beginning with Barbara, the receptionist and all the service staff. Whatever we asked for, we received with grace and charm. The food was excellent with large portions. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing short of extraordinary! This little resort made our stay very special and the experience unforgettable! The staff is quite attentive and accommodating on any requests. The manager Panagiotis has an immaculate attention to detail and even on peak season he delivered a great service along side his team. The rooms get cleaned on a daily basis. The little maisonette was perfect for our honeymoon. If you’re planning to book the honeymoon villa (which we might very soon) make sure you book a couple of months in advance at minimum. The poolside and restaurants views are unbeatable. We enjoyed every dinner under the lovely Cretan sunset lights. Shower pressure was honest amazing considering nearby hotel/resorts don’t typically offer the same infrastructure. The fact that we had a rental car at our disposal also made our vacation such a joy. The cars are perfect for the narrow roads in Chania, Rethymno or even if you planning on going on long trips like we did to Elafonisi or Kissanos. Vicky at the front desk made our trip even more special by offering a breakfast to go on our last day as our flight was departing early in the morning. Can’t wait to come back. There is so much more to explore on the west part of Crete.
